- Bachelor’s degree in law major from reputable university
(Master's Degree is an added value)
- Minimum 5 years of proven
professional experience in a major law firm handling construction related
cases, or as an in-house legal counsel or officer in a Engineering,
Procurement and Construction (EPC) Company specializing in oil and gas, and
energy sector or in Company with similar business activities
- Understand the stages of an EPC project starting from the
proposal phase until completion of a project
- Willing to travel to project sites located in various region in
Indonesia or overseas
- Good comprehension on applicable rules and regulation related to
procurement of goods and services, among others: PTK 007 SKK Migas, SK-043
& SK A-5001 Pertamina, GR No. 16/2018 (the GR on Procurement of Goods and
Service)
- Experience in utiliing and implementing international standard
form of construction contract like the FIDIC format contract, or ENAA format
contract
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to
adapt to a new culture and environment effectively
- Able to work in a team, highly initiative, and well-mannered and
behavior
- Able to manage multiple individual task under challenging
circumstances also a good team player
- Proficient in English
