Qualification
- Minimum High School Graduate
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in related EPC Project for Oil & Gas, industrial or Petrochemical
- Capable to understand piping standard drawing
- Capable to understand piping layout
- Capable to operate 2D CAD / 3D Model
- 3D Modeling tools experience (S3D, AP3D), SPR & Navis operation.
- Middle experience knowledge and expertise in Piping Design-layout, 3D modeling, P-Info dwg, isometric, piping plan drawing, MTO sketch
Responsibility
- Proceed modeling work for piping task, equipment task and structure task and modification
- Detail check model by input data and P&ID including upstream data such as Equipment GA Drawing, Instrument valves GA dwg etc.
- Preparation of piping isometric drawing from 3D model generation
- Preparation of piping plan drawing from 3D model generation.
- Designer(s) shall review input data before the commencement of assigned work. Where he finds any conflicting, ambiguous and he shall discuss them with their engineer(s) of the related section(s), team(s) or group(s), for resolution. He shall indicate the results of the resolution in input data and report on such input data to each engineer in charge of each category.
- To check model by stress calculation result.
- To check pipe support location and type
- Involve in interference check activity by segregating interference clash result and comment clash found.
- Assigned work quality control.
- Preparation of layout and sketches under the instructions giving by each engineer in charge of each category
