QC Engineer
Qualification
- Minimal Bachelor Degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering /
Metallurgy Engineering
- Certified Welding Engineer/ Welding Inspector (local or
international)
- Certified NDE Level II
- Certified Coating inspector (preferred)
- Experience as QC engineer for proposal and execution work for EPC projects in the oil, gas, and petrochemical fields for at least 5 years
- Proficient in English both verbal communication and
correspondence including reporting
- Willing to be placed in the remote area both domestic and overseas
Responsibility
- Handle Government certification work for equipment and plans
- Making/reviewing ITP and other QC procedures, also involved in carrying out inspections
- Monitor/coordinate Inspection Status both with vendors and 3rd party inspection both locally and overseas
- Create TBE QC for Vendor/Subcontractor selection
- Create Inspection Plan and MH/MP Plan
- Organize and involve in the implementation of the Pre Inspection Meeting.
- Creating NCR and monitoring NCR status
