LL.B / LL.M qualified (10-15 Post Qualified Experiences)
Bar qualification from a commonwealth jurisdiction (Indonesia preferred)
Strong in-house (EPC, Utilities, Power, Infrastructure) and/or law firm (Construction or Projects Practice) experience will be well regarded but not a must
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- understanding of Japanese would be a plus.
Team player who can operate independently and in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience of working in a multinational environmental is helpful and a good understanding of Japanese culture will be an added advantage.

Responsibility
Draft, review and negotiate broad range commercial agreements related to the FEED/EPC domain
Advise business stakeholders on FEED/EPC project bids, risk, and other related matters.
Advise stakeholders on possible legal risk and provide mitigation strategies
Manage any litigation or contentious matters across the region.
Ensure compliance to company’s policies and regulatory requirements
Assist in the drafting of policies, guidelines, legal templates, and other documents to ensure best practices.
Coordinate and liaise directly with external counsels
Prepare and implement any corporate policies or procedures
