- Minimal Bachelor Degree Majoring in Engineering
- Exp : min. 8 years as a Sr. Project Engineer or Engineering Manager, with 5 years of which must be in EPC Projects for Oil and Gas or Petrochemical Industry.
- Experience in coordinating multi-disciplines engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activity.
- Comprehend Project Management definition and work flow.
- Competent to establish the EPC work execution plan.
- Familiar with multi Discipline Engineering Product.
- Competent to coordinate multi discipline work.
- Comprehend ITB/ITT, contract review & scope of work review.
- Strong interpersonal skills and organization experience
- referable Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
- Willing to have overseas assignment
- Computer literate (MS office, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project and related software)
- Familiar with regulation, code, and standard in Oil & Gas industry
- Self – starting and motivated as well as able to work in demanding area.
- Team building mind set.
- Capable of supervisory capacity for planning, organizing, communicating and personnel management skills and decision-making ability.
