Qualification
- Bachelor’s
degree or master’s in electrical engineering.
- Minimum
8 years of experience in EPC oil and gas, petrochemical industries.
- Full
understanding of international codes and standards such as IEC, IEEE,
ANSI, NEC, NEMA.
- Comprehensive
knowledge of electrical design philosophy (system and construction
design).
- Understand
power system analysis and proficient in operating ETAP tool for load flow,
short circuit, motor starting, transient study, harmonic analysis, and
power factor correction.
- Familiar
with Microsoft Office and Word.
- Working
with responsibilities includes preparing & reviewing specifications,
datasheets, load lists, requisitions, technical bid evaluations,
calculations, BM & BQ, reviewing drawings, and vendor documents.
- Thorough
understanding of electrical equipment testing and inspection.
- Strong
capability in schedule and design quality control.
- Capable
of working in a project team.
- Construction work experience.
- Proficient in English.
