Senior
Qualification
- Minimum
bachelor’s in mechanical engineering.
- Minimum work
experiences 10 years for HVAC design of building. Experience working in an EPC company
is preferred.
- Capable for
developing Conceptual Flow Diagram /Operation Sequence of HVAC system for
Technical Building (such as Substation and Control), Laboratory, Office, and
other industrial building.
- Capable with good
communication with other discipline (E&I) to get design information for
basis developing HVAC design system and coordination with them for interface
design installation.
- Capable and
understand the HVAC Cooling Load Calculation and then make necessary adjustment
if needed.
- Capable review
product HVAC of vendor document such as: drawing, control panel, method
statement, and commissioning.
- Capable and
understand the requirement/material of HVAC Equipment such as: Air handling
unit, Air cooled condensing unit / Air cooled water chiller, Fan / Pump, etc.
- Capable for
project Scheduling of HVAC scope: develop project schedules, set milestones,
and monitor the progress of each task to ensure timely completion.
- Has knowledge HVAC
product brand in Indonesia.
- Experience in HVAC
system for Building Modular is advantage.
- Good in English speaking and writing.
