Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Min. of 5 years of experience in a safety-related role within an industrial, oil and gas or a similar high-risk environment is a plus.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing safety culture programs.
- Strong understanding of safety principles, risk management, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse audience.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret and present data to support safety initiatives.
- Passionate about safety and committed to promoting a positive safety culture.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Adaptable and open to continuous learning and improvement.
- Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., AK3 Umum or Migas) is highly desirable.
- Must be able to work in both office and field environments also may require occasional travel to various company sites and facilities.
- TOT certified.
