Responsibility
- Arrange interview schedules.
- Conduct and score written tests.
- Conduct non-technical Interviews & assess interview result.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive document candidates.
- Organize psychological assessment.
- Ensure that job descriptions by the respective department managers.
- Prepare administration process for third parties.
- Manage Assessment database.
- Maintain psychological assessment documents well-organized.
