Qualification

Responsibility

Legal analysis and legal research

Handling company day-to-day activities and any general corporate matters

Managing and maintaining legal databases, including agreements, licenses, permits and letters to enable easier reference for tracking systems

Commence documents filing to organize and maintain paper and electronic filing systems in accordance with recognized procedures and standards

Liaise and coomunicate with legal related partners (notary, lawyers, translator, etc) to perform any legal related matters

Handle legal documents relating to the litigation function which includes but not limited to warning letters, debt collection obligations, and other related document

Provide support and assistance to the Legal Group Manager
